St. Vincent dePaul

The Society of Saint Vincent de Paul is an international organization of volunteer lay persons who seek in the spirit of justice and charity and by person to person contact to help those in need, especially families with children.


It is a commitment to serve the poor. We join together with other members of the Vincention family with prayers and work so "that in all things God may be glorified".
The Holy Spirit Conference of the St. Vincent de Paul Society meets every other Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. in the Parish Center. SVdP exists to assist those in need, help at the warehouse, promote Blanket Sunday, and help with Thanksgiving & Christmas food baskets.

Members bring Christ’s healing presence to others. SVdP is responsible for taking communion to the sick, rosary at wakes, and help COME with the food pantry in Cumberland.
